How I started being occupied with RPG
What's This?
Here's what I was writing by 2002 for how it started. A lot of things happened since then, but it gets you an idea.
(Actually, this page is useless, but I had ready the text, so, well, I upload it just in case :P
role playing games
The last of my addictions: here the things get serious! As a Vampire, my 14th generation Caitiff plays live in Athens (don't worry, I don't really bite). In Dungeons and dragons, my situation is critical: I've been a DM without really having played enough: I really don't know why my players continue their miserable lives!! (Download the first scenario I created to see why) Recently I stopped torturing them and I started playing my aasimar bisexual female bard.
trading card games
All started February, 1998, with Magic the Gathering, a fast, organised and hard game (red-green is my fave). This continued with Middle Earth, the master of realistic but also masochist gaming, then 7th Sea came, with its addictive gameplay and fun (I'm still mourning the last two games), followed by Legend of the Five Rings (atmospheric and organised, Crane rules!). Now, after a small trial of simple Warlord, here comes Lord of the Rings, which has really made me an addict of almost professional level. You can visit my articles on Lord of the Rings here.
miniature wargames
Beginned Easter 1998 with master of them all (and really expensive) Warhammer (kneel before my Vampires you, Bretonnian would-be knight!), followed by the real funny ragby battle Bloodbowl (Sylvania Rangers for the trophy!). Then came the excellent and clever Mordheim (Skaven slingers rule the streets!). I also tried the absolute battle simulator: Demonworld.
PC games
I prefer real time strategy games (except from all this mass of Dune descendants): Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat and Dark Omen and Myth. Also addicted to rpgs, like Baldur's Gate I & II.
